How Can I find my driver in Orlando International airport (MCO)?

Your driver will meet you in meet and greet area located down the escalators to level 2 inside (baggage claim area). Your driver will display a sign with our name (Lucky Destination) as well as your name.

How Can I Pay for My Ride?

We accept Credit cards and Debit cards (Master card, Visa, Discover, and AMEX) .

When will I be charged for the trip/s?

Your card on file will be charged at the time of booking with the total amount. We will email you a confirmation email and invoice once your card has been charged.

Can I request a specific driver?

Sure, However we might have to send another driver due to our schedule that day.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes Absolutely! We offer one (1) free child car seat (must be requested in advance).

Additional child seats can be provided upon advanced request at the additional fee of $10 per seat each way.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

If you cancel 48 hours or more before your first pickup you will be issued a full refund.
If you cancel less than 48 hours and no less than 6 hours before first pickup you will receive a refund less 30% of the total trip invoice amount.
No refunds will be issued if you cancel less than 6 hours before first pickup.
No refunds will be issued for a No Call – No Show or once First Pickup Service is provided.
No refunds will be provided if you decide not to utilize the service once pickup time has passed or after meet and greet.
Important: For Mini-Bus, Bus, Stretch Limo and Sprinter Reservations if you cancel 7 days in advance before first pickup you will receive a full refund. No refund will be issued for cancellations less than 7 days before first pickup.

Is the gratuity included in the fare?

No it is not. All local transfers do not have gratuity included in the fare. There will be 20% gratuity added to the fare and will be charged at the time of booking.

What is required to book a reservation?

We require a valid credit card to book your reservation.

I am arriving on a cruise ship at Port Canaveral, where do i find my driver and how?

Due to heightened security drivers are no longer allowed to park at the cruise terminal and wait for their passengers. Your mobile phone Must be turned on once the ship docks at Port Canaveral. Your driver text you upon arrival. Please text your driver once your party is outside.
Once you contact your driver, please provide your exact location and your he will arrive within minutes.

Do you charge additional fees for early or late pickups?

Yes, For in-town pickups: We charge $10.00 in addition to the normal fare for pickups From 1am to 6am EST.

For out-of-town pickups: We charge $25.00 in addition to the normal fare for pickups From 1am to 6am EST.

Do you provide Grocery Stop?

Yes Absolutely! We offer one (1) free child car seat (must be requested in advance).
